Nate Timm is the Area Director for Coastal Virginia FCA. He started running cross country and track during his time at Marion High School in Marion, Illinois. He went on to run cross country and track at Florida State University. Nate came to know Christ through the Fellowship of Christian Athletes(FCA) during his freshman year. After graduating from Florida State in 2004, Nate started teaching English and coaching in Montgomery County, Maryland that fall.
After eleven years of teaching and coaching in the spring of 2015, Nate felt a strong call to come on staff full-time with FCA. He and his family relocated to Virginia in 2017 to lead the Coastal VA Area for FCA. They have three sons: Brady, Josiah and Levi.
Lisa has served on FCA staff since 2002. She was a summer intern with FCA, then after grad school joined the full-time staff in Fredericksburg, VA. She has served in various roles with FCA including intern, Area Representative, Area Director, Camp Coordinator and currently as the Administrative Assistant for the area. Nate and Lisa met at FCA camp in 2007 and got married in 2010. They are grateful to be able to serve together with FCA!
